What is the criteria for joining clubSKP?
There are three Reward Levels at c l u b S K P. To determine your Reward
Level simply refer to the following chart to confirm your SKP
(Schwarzkopf Professional) quarterly purchases.

*Includes any combination of SKP products purchased within a quarterly
period including color, care, finish and accessory products.
Your Reward Level determines the Reward Points your salon will receive on
a quarterly basis. The following chart describes the Reward Points your
salon can earn.

| K | For every $100 in SKP purchases, receive 70 points |
| P | For every $100 in SKP purchases, receive 100 points |
** Your Reward Level and respective Reward Points may fluctuate from
quarter- to- quarter, depending on the total quarterly SKP purchases.
Example: Salon ABC purchases $2,500 in SKP products.
Reward Level = S
Salon ABC quarterly purchases $2,500
Reward Point Calculation $2,500/$100 x 50 points
Reward Points 1,250 points
How do I join clubSKP?
1. You will need to complete and return a clubSKP enrollment form.
2. The enrollment form must be submitted via your distributor sales
consultant or mailed directly to clubSKP at: clubSKP, c/o
Schwarzkopf Professional, 5045 Orbitor Drive, Building 7, Suite 300,
Mississauga, Ontario L4W 4Y4.
3. The distributor house and SKP will verify the enrollment form. A
welcome pack including a letter confirming the salon enrollment
will be mailed to the salon within 6 weeks of enrollment.

How does clubSKP work?
1. clubSKP has been designed to work quarterly. This method allows
your salon the advantage of fluctuating between earning 50,
70 or 100 Reward Points for every $100 in SKP purchases.
Example: If your salon purchased $2,500 in quarter 1, you would
earn 50 Reward Points for every $100 in SKP purchases.
If in quarter 2, your salon purchased $4,000, you would
earn 70 Reward Points for every $100 in SKP purchases.
Remember, the higher your SKP purchases, the higher your Reward
Level and the more Reward Points your salon will earn.
2. Let us do the work. clubSKP will work in conjunction with your
distributor house to calculate your quarterly SKP purchases. We will
track your purchases and issue a quarterly statement with an update
on the number of Reward Points you have accumulated for the quarter
and year-to-date.
All statements will be mailed and dated by:
Q1 May 1
Q2 August 1
Q3 November 1
Q4 February 1
The information received by your distributor to clubSKP will be
deemed correct unless the salon proves otherwise.
3. Salons must maintain the minimum purchase as described in the “S”
Reward Level on a quarterly basis. Salons not meeting the quarterly
minimum purchase for two consecutive quarters will automatically be
disqualified. A letter confirming disqualification will be sent within 6
weeks.
4. Salons enrolled in clubSKP must remain in current standing with their
distributor house.
How do I redeem my reward points?
1. clubSKP has over 50 ways to redeem your Reward Points and as the
program grows, we’ll keep you posted on new and exciting ways to
cash-in your points.
You will receive a clubSKP redemption catalogue with your welcome
pack. This catalogue illustrates all of the unique salon tools,
merchandise, accessories and salon products you can redeem with
your Reward Points. Simply choose the product(s) of your choice and
then complete a clubSKP redemption form. Redemption forms are
available via your SKP Technical Advisor, distributor sales consultant or
by contacting the clubSKP Administrator at 905-625-7200 x228 or by
email at club.skp@ca.henkel.com.
2. clubSKP will update your Reward Point balance on the quarterly
statements. Choose to redeem your Reward Points as you earn them
or allow them to accumulate. You can redeem part of your Reward
Points or choose to carry them over to the next quarter. You have 12
months, based on a calendar year, to accumulate your Reward Points.
All Reward Points earned in a calendar year must be redeemed by
March 31st of the subsequent year (your statement mailed on
February 1st will reflect the total Reward Points which you still have to
redeem). Reward Points may not be carried over from one calendar
year to the next.
3. Rewards will be delivered directly from clubSKP in Mississauga,
Ontario and/or your distributor. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
4. In the event that a reward or product is no longer available, clubSKP
will contact the salon to discuss a substitution option.
